The fixed frame is a bracket for fixing the furnace tube, using high-strength integral square tube components, and the bottom plate is welded with 25mm Q235 steel plate, 16 # B-type channel steel, etc., to ensure long-term use without deformation. Design the furnace cover separately, using 8mm or more head welding, and the steel plate lining adopts aluminum silicate structure for insulation, so that the furnace cover has the dual advantages of high temperature resistance and good sealing. The furnace cover adopts hydraulic lifting, and the opening and turning of the furnace cover are manually operated. There is an observation hole on the top of the furnace cover for easy temperature measurement. Covering the furnace lid during heating can reduce heat loss, lower electricity consumption, and lower production costs. Improve the furnace cover section in conjunction with our factory's equipment. Only one set of hydraulic cylinders is needed to complete the lifting, lowering, rotating, and returning of the furnace cover.
