Glass fiber insulation rod
Glass fiber insulation rods are mainly used to fix induction coils. If there is no fixation and support between the turns of the induction coil, the distance between the turns will be uneven, and there may even be coil running on site, resulting in the furnace body not being fixed and unable to produce safely. Vertically fixing the insulation rod between the turns of the induction coil can stabilize the inductor and provide insulation between the turns, preventing short circuits and improving production safety and efficiency.
Fiberglass rods have good performance:
- High temperature resistance, the high-temperature environment of the induction furnace during operation will not change the properties of the insulation rod
- Stable mechanical performance, without delamination, cracks, fractures and other phenomena caused by squeezing, perforation and other operations
- Good insulation performance, able to cover the voltage range of 10kV-1000kV
- Corrosion resistance, contact with corrosive substances will not change product characteristics, nor will it damage the product
- Strong tensile performance, with a tensile strength of 1360Mpa or above
- High bending resistance and strength, not easy to bend, so the fixing effect is good
