Hydraulic Cylinder

Hydraulic oil cylinder is a tilting device configured for hydraulic steel shell furnace equipment, which is used in conjunction with hydraulic stations. Installed on both sides of the furnace body, after melting metal in the steel shell furnace, the hydraulic station supplies oil to the hydraulic cylinder, which converts hydraulic energy into mechanical energy. The hydraulic cylinder lifts the furnace body from the rear end to tilt the furnace and pour out the metal liquid.

Hydraulic tilting furnaces are generally used on steel shell furnaces with a capacity of 0.5 tons or more, and for furnaces with a capacity of less than 0.5 tons, a reducer tilting furnace is mainly used. This configuration can improve work efficiency and save production costs. It is also a commonly used configuration method in the current market.

The return stroke does not require pressure and basically returns to its original position automatically.
