1. causing leakage of the furnace, through the furnace accident causes:                                                                                                           

 

(1) Iron water cooling time is too long and the knot cover, again heat expansion, extrusion of the furnace lining resulting in cracks in the lining, the melting process of iron from the cracks through the furnace, resulting in wear, or from the knot cover sprayed, resulting in spray furnace accident.

(2) With the increase of the age of the furnace, the volume of the furnace lining becomes larger, the amount of iron in the furnace increases, and the furnace lining is thinner. Localized can not withstand the pressure of iron and lead to wear furnace.

(3) The lining of the furnace knotting local did not meet the requirements or local impurities into the undetected, resulting in melting from the above defects in the penetration.

(4) Furnace lining cracks produced by rapid cooling, in the melting process from the cracks through.

 

2.  preventive measures:                                                                                                                                                                                              

 

(1) from the beginning of the furnace to specialize in strict management, to ensure that each knotting of the furnace lining consistent. Prohibit debris from falling into the furnace lining during knotting.

(2) Each time before charging to observe the furnace lining whether there are cracks, perforations and other phenomena that may lead to wear the furnace exists, once the problem exists, must be dealt with.

(3) During the melting process, due to equipment failure or other factors, resulting in a long time can not open the furnace melting, iron should be turned out of the furnace to prevent capping.

(4) Choose the supplier of medium frequency furnace with leakage protection system to nip the leakage accident in the bud.
