It takes away the heat generated by the induction power supply and induction furnace through its own water circulation, thereby achieving a cooling effect, ensuring the safety of the induction furnace and induction power supply, and also improving their service life.

The design of a closed-circuit industrial cooler is that the cooling water flows into the induction furnace through a water pump, which cools the induction coils and coil joints inside the furnace body and plays a role in heat dissipation. Then, the cooling water flows out of the furnace through various water distribution pipes and passes through the heat exchanger in the closed industrial cooler, transferring heat to other water streams flowing through the waterway pipes. In this way, each heat generating component can be filled with sufficient natural water and the generated heat can be transferred to other waterways as much as possible, thereby achieving the purpose of cooling.

During the normal operation of the equipment, it is only necessary to monitor the automatic detection system of the closed-circuit industrial cooler to have a detailed view of the furnace temperature and operating conditions. It can automatically adjust the cooling water flow rate according to the working status of the induction furnace, ensuring that the temperature of the furnace body is within the appropriate range. If any abnormalities are detected, effective measures can be taken in a timely manner to ensure the safe operation of the intermediate frequency induction furnace.
